Finding vegan foods at Walmart has become such a breeze. If you’re looking for vegan options at Walmart that are budget-friendly, then you’ll want to stick around. I’ll be sharing my favorite vegan food at Walmart that I use to make delicious meals at home.
I’ve been on this vegan journey for almost 3 years now. During this short amount of time, I’ve tried many new foods that I never knew existed. It was like entering a new world, and I wish I had made the switch sooner. While the plant-based lifestyle comes with many benefits, it requires a lot more time in the kitchen.
Before going vegan, I didn’t picture it as fun and beneficial to my life as it has become. Although some days I’m still shocked that I’m vegan since I grew up eating dairy and animal products. I didn’t know much about the vegan lifestyle, so I began researching and learned that it wasn’t as bland as I thought it was. I learned that your vegan journey is what you make it to be, so I chose to eat the foods I love and started making them 100% vegan.
It didn’t take long to get familiar with well-known vegan brands and foods. I realized that eating healthier is affordable and good for your overall health. Walmart has many vegan food options that I love. This I why I’ll be sharing with you my favorite vegan items that you can grab from Walmart. Walmart Vegan Foods To Fit Your Budget
My Favorite Vegan Foods To Buy At Walmart
HASS AVOCADOS
Now, let me start by saying I didn’t start eating Hass Avocados until I went vegan. My mornings are usually pretty busy, so I prefer something healthy, fulfilling, and doesn’t take much time to make when it comes to breakfast. So avocado toast has become my go-to breakfast, and Walmart happens to have the best avocados and I never have to throw any out throughout the week.
FOLLOW YOUR HEART – SMOKED GOUDA DAIRY-FREE CHEESE
Some vegan cheeses have a very powdery texture and are difficult to melt. However, this Dairy-Free Smoked Gouda Cheese does not only melt quickly but it’s delicious! I love using this cheese to make grilled cheese sandwiches for more husband and me.
GARDEIN PLANT BASED BE’F BURGER
My husband loves burgers, so we always make sure to grab a bag of these burger patties when grocery shopping. While they may not be the healthiest food option, they are by far our favorite burgers. These Be’f Burger Patties are affordable and make a meal that quick and easy to make!
BEYOND BEEF CRUMBLES
Beyond Beef Crumbles are great for spaghetti, tacos, game-day Rotel dip, and much more. I’ve tried a variety of vegan beef crumbles, and I love the texture. Whether you’re vegan or not, this is an excellent beef substitute and a great way to prepare your favorite meals more healthily.
DAIYA DELUXE CHEEZY MAC
Mac and Cheese have always been one of my favorite dishes. When I first went vegan, I didn’t know where to begin to look for mac n cheese. So a few months into my vegan journey, I started looking up vegan mac, and to my surprise, I was shocked to see that Walmart (along with other stores) carried vegan Mac n cheese in different flavors. I’ve tried all of the Daiya’s Mac and Cheese’s, and the Four Cheeze Style With Herbs is by far my favorite!
DAIYA GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA
Another food that I love is pizza. Yes, give me all of the vegan junk food! Haha
I either enjoy a homemade pizza loaded with tons of veggies or buy a frozen one from the store for days I want pizza. The Fire Roasted Vegetable Pizza by Daiya is my frozen pizza of choice. The thing I love about vegan pizza is that it isn’t as heavy on your body compared to non-veg pizzas, and there are plenty more vegan-friendly options to choose from!
LOTUS BISCOFF COOKIES
When grocery shopping, I am always on the lookout for new vegan goodies. However, when I put these cookies in my cart for the first time, I didn’t know what to expect. One thing for sure I didn’t know they were so good. I am late to the game when it comes to these Lotus Biscoff Cookies. One of the benefits of vegan is trying new food and snacks that I would never have tried if I weren’t vegan.
AMY SOUPS
Now that the temperature has begun to drop, I find myself eating soups weekly. Soups are relatively a quick and easy meal to make and put me in the fall mood. Amy Soups have plenty of tasty soups for vegans, such as the no chicken noodle, southwestern vegetable, and spicy chili recipe.\
BARILLA PROTEIN – PENNE PASTA
Made with golden wheat and vegetable protein, this pasta pairs well with plant-based meat and pasta sauce. I love to whip up a quick pasta dish with this pasta when I want a delicious meal that doesn’t take much effort. It’s not only fulfilling, but it’s an easy way to add healthier meals to your lifestyle!
