If you’re wanting to create change, you must be willing to be honest with yourself so that you may minimize distractions that interfere with your achieving goals.
Journaling is a powerful and therapeutic way to improve your life, evaluate your life and plan for the future with more intentionality.
2. Get Clear On Your Ideal Self & Vision
Living a life without a vision can be unfulfilling and cause you to just go with the flow of life. However, having a clear vision of the life you’d like to have and the person you’d like to become is essential to getting your life together.
Knowing who you are and being clear on your identity can help you live a more intentional life.
Once you discover your true self, your daily habits, routines, and actions will be a reflection of your vision and your vision/goals will be a reward of you just showing up and being your most authentic self.

There may be days that you don’t feel like showing up and doing the work needed.
Discipline can improve the way in you show up when it’s time to get things done. Which may lead to better effort, better quality, and and better outcomes.
Being disciplined can also give you a sense of purpose even when facing challenges.
