Being honest with yourself and gaining clarity on where you are currently will allow you to gain knowledge and understanding. Which will help you set clear intentions, habits, routines, and systems for the summer.
So whether your focus is work, enjoying life, healing, growth, or staying grounded this summer. Reflecting can open the door for unleashing your highest potential and making this summer the best one yet!
2. Decide On How You Want Your Summer To Look & Feel Like
Once you’ve reflected and have a clear understanding of what’s working and what’s not working, you then can begin designing a summer that look and feels good TO YOU!

One of the most effective was to create a summer a that you enjoy is to have a few moments alone and really think about what would make this summer great for you.
Now, this may require a change of habits, routines, mindset, time management, finances, and other important areas of life.
Deciding on how you want your summer to be will give you clarity, direction, and help you prioritize the things that matter to you this summer.

Enjoying summer looks different for everyone. No matter what life looks like, it’s important to take each day as new opportunity to enjoy the life you’re blessed to call yours.
Enjoying daily life this summer may look like small sprinkles of joyful moments throughout your day, week, or even month.
Sometimes the simplest and smallest acts that may feel silly or extra is exactly what you need to romanticize your life. And I believe we should do so with zero guilt or shame.
For me I really enjoy preparing meals and making them as beautiful as possible. This alone is something I look forward to and memory keep these moments bytaking pics of my plates and putting the images in my meal tracker located in my digital planner.
So, do whatever is needed to live a life that promotes peace, joy, clarity, and happiness this summer. Find your flow and do more of the things that leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, inspired, and optimistic.
