Happy Good Friday! Regardless of when you come across this post, I hope it guides you to One who loves unconditionally, heals endlessly, restores, and makes all things new. And that is Jesus!💜

This post was inspired by one of my toughest season that I talk about in my 2024 diaries. Which I contributed to in real time.
We experience life and each moment is an opportunity to release the load that we aren’t meant to carry. My hopes is that this blesses all who come across is it in some way. But honestly, it’s truly for anyone feeling distant, stuck, defeated, missing a loved one in heaven or has loss hope.
Here are a few ways to do well with the little you have to give!✝️🪞💌

The 1% That Changes Everything
How To Do Well With The Little You Have
1. Look For The Good
There is so much goodness that surrounds you. Even when life feels uncertain, difficult, or unbearable.
Because the truth is, you may experience days, weeks, months, or even years throughout your life when situations or circumstances just aren’t good.
Healing, wisdom, and discernment are essential during these moments in life. Simply because no matter what you face in you have the freedom to choose how you heal and move forward.
This is why it’s so important to not only see the good that surrounds you but to also cling to it. Since it will have an influence on your thoughts, actions, and attitude.
Being reminded of the goodness can give you hope, improve your mindset, and can be the light you need to guide you to taking intentional action. A few things that you may find helpful are:
- creating an intentional worship playlist – This truly helped me a lot in expressing my heart to God when I could find words to express how I felt.
- spend time in nature – This allows you to be surrounded by the beauty of God’s creation!
- take more picture – trust me you’ll be thankful to have something to look back on later
- be mindful of content you’re consuming – I personally deactivated my social media and unsubscribed from content that wasn’t aligned with my where I’d hope to be today
2. Choose One Bible Verse To Focus On Daily
There was a season in my life and when I learned how powerful God’s Word truly is.
Although it was one of my most difficult season. It was an invitation to slow down, fix my focus on Him, and become dependent on Him through His Word and promises.
And I did just that with the little I had to give.
This taught me that God is focused on your heart. So, whatever it is that your navigating.
God can do ALOT with your efforts even if they seem insignificant in the moment. We each have to start somewhere, get realigned, and renew our hearts daily.
Choosing to focus on just one scripture, meditating on it, and applying it to your life daily will compound over time. And before you know it you’re putting forward more time and effort to build your faith to be unshakable.
3. Have Things To Look Forward To
Another effective way to do well with the little you have to give is having things to look forward to.
Basically, something positive to focus on rather than any issues or challenges you’re facing. When you have things (yes even fun things) to look toward to.
Life begins to feel more meaningful and gives you a sense of purpose. Something that I realized is that even if you have one thing that you look forward to each week. It will lead to more positive shifts, outcomes, and opportunities. Simply because you’re showing up in ways that align with your values, desire, and goals.
There are so many ways to add joy to your life. And when done intentionally, you experience sustainable growth and change! Things that I made a priority and that has truly changed my life are:
- taking care of my body
- attending church regularly
- planning outings
- staying connected to family
- finding ways to spend more time outdoors
- setting aside time for hobbies
