One of my favorite seasons is SPRING! The flowers are blooming, sunshine is bright, and it’s exactly what we need after a cold winter. While deep cleaning your home may be a part of spring cleaning, so is your lifestyle and well-being.
In today’s post, I’ll share with you 10 ways you can spring clean your life. I hope this post is helpful and helps you enjoy this beautiful season! 🙂
10 WAYS TO SPRING CLEAN YOUR LIFE
1. DECLUTTER YOUR TECH
Clear out your devices and delete everything that’s not serving any purpose or isn’t contributing to your well-being. Especially, apps that you don’t need, photos, or contacts.
In addition to decluttering your devices, always make sure that your social media is a positive space. Therefore, unfollow and unfriend accounts that aren’t positive and uplifting.
2. ORGANIZE YOUR CLOSET
Is there anything in your closet that’s taking up space? You know, like the clothes that you haven’t worn in forever, but can seem to let them go. Even though it may be tough to let go of that dress you haven’t worn in forever, it’s time to toss it out! Also, donating your clothes that you no longer wear is a great way to spring clean your life and help people in your community.
3. CHANGE UP YOUR DIET
Do you often feel sluggish? Have trouble falling asleep or wake up feeling unmotivated? Well, consuming too much junk food such as fast food, pasta, sweets, and coffee can affect your mood and health. Spruce up your diet by eating foods that’ll help make you feel energized and your body will thank you later!
4. TOXIC RELATIONSHIPS
Spring is a fresh start and you deserve everything that this season has to offer. Which means, you deserve to be surrounded with positive people. Prioritize time for your loved ones and let go of anyone who is bringing negativity into your life. However, you are the company that you keep! With that being said, if you’re surrounded around those who are positive, then positive things can happen.

5. REVAMP YOUR SKIN CARE ROUTINE
With every season there are some changes that your skin may react differently depending on the weather. While you may clean, exfoliate, and moisturize all year, it’s important to revamp your skincare routine and adjust depending on the season. For me, during the cold months my skin gets pretty dry. Soon, I’ll have to switch to a less heavier moisturizer that’s more light and soothing for the warmer months.
6. FOCUS ON YOUR FITNESS
One of the best things you can do for yourself is creating a fitness routine. Challenging yourself to reach your fitness goals daily is a great way to get fit, healthy, and feel accomplished. Also, exercising releases endorphins which makes you feel happier.
Going for a walk or doing one of Cassie’s workouts is an mood booster for me. Whether you want to hit the gym, go for a walk, jog, or yoga, find what works for you and stick to it! Simply, working out for just 20 minutes a day will make an impact on your body and will make you feel better about how you look.

7. DECLUTTER YOUR MIND
Everything starts from within. Sometimes, we’re the most toxic person to be around. Therefore, we spend every hour of the day with ourselves. If you find yourself having negative thoughts or constantly worrying about things beyond your control, it’s time to transform your mind. You can start by focusing on the right things, instead of worrying about something you can’t control.
Also, you can replace those negative thoughts with positive thinking. Therefore, you’ll be able to regulate and process everything that you allow into your mind. However, anything that is not feeding your soul and not helping you grow, is not good for you. Journaling is a great way to let go of those unwanted feelings.
