As I mentioned the importance of self-reflecting and how it can help you gain clarity, it can also help you make better decisions.

So, once you’ve reflected on the positive changes to want to make to live a healthier lifestyle, you then determine what changes you’ll make and what you’ll let go of to focus on your wellness and improving yourself. This is something that you’ll want to do based on the habits that will align with your wellness goals.

3. Let Go Of Things That May Hinder Your Growth

Next, you’ll want to let go of anything that may get in the way of you showing up. Whether it’s letting go of habits, distractions, or even the need to control the outcome that you desire.

Oftentimes, we tend to get in our way by putting pressure on ourselves to have the things that we desire in life.
