Creating a slow Sunday routine and living a slow life starts with being intentional. Doing so, will help you live a more meaningful life filled with purpose.
So, the first thing you’d want to do is to set your intentions for the day. When you know how you’d like to spend your day and the things you’d like to accomplish it can give you direction towards achieving your desired feelings and actions.
Take a few moments and set at least 3 – 5 intentions you’d like to be your focus for the day. Setting intentions is also a fantastic way to improve your mindset and your wellbeing by prioritizing the things that allow you to live a life of peace and joy.
2. Create A Sunday Reset Routine
What better way to have a slow Sunday than to have a curated Sunday reset routine?
Sunday resets are a great way to reflect on the previous week, set new goals, get organized, and set yourself up for a successful week. Your Sunday routine doesn’t have to take hours.
In fact, giving yourself at least 30-45 minutes to do small tasks around your home, review your finances, or practicing self care can be a positive start to your week.

I consider this to be a slow Sunday habit since it assists me in achieving my goal of living simple yet intentional life. I’ve noticed that when I plan my week I feel more optimistic and hopeful for the week.

Lastly, if you want to start your week feeling calm, refreshed, and at ease, be sure to make time for fun.
Each day is a gift and life is meant to enjoyed. Wether it’s taking up a new hobby, going for a walk in nature, spending time with loved ones, reading a book, or spending time with yourself.
