Whether it’s while enjoying your morning coffee on your balcony or simply enjoying the sounds and sights of nature, you don’t need a reason to enjoy the sunshine!
2. Start Each Day With Gratitude
While spring will come with new beginnings and desires, it is vital to practice gratitude. Showing thankfulness will help you become a more optimistic person and help you see the beauty in your daily life. When it comes to my self-care routine, journaling and writing down three things that I’m grateful for is not only comforting, but it reminds me of how far I’ve come. Reflecting on the little joys and releasing unwanted feelings helps improve my mindset and boosts my confidence.

Spring is the perfect time to create healthy boundaries for your phone. Although your phone can serve a great purpose and help you complete specific tasks, it can distract you and cause you to miss precious moments that you can’t get back. Therefore, consider doing a digital detox and unplugging from your devices and social media while eating meals, spending time with loved ones, or while on an outing. This will help you become more present in each moment.

Decluttering your space is another excellent way to practice self care ritual to practice during spring and the seasons to come. Keeping your space clutter-free and getting rid of things that you no longer have a use for can free up space in your home can improve your environment, reduce stress, and increase productivity.

Need a reason to splurge? You may consider making a few tweaks to your skincare routine with the temperature change. Heavy moisturizers did the job during the colder months, but switching to a lighter moisturizer and upping your SPF to help your skin adjust to the warmer weather.
