When you have a vision or a clear plan of what you’d like to accomplish, you can live a more purposeful life. If you aren’t reminded of your goals daily, it’s rather easy to forget to do the things that will help you make your dreams a reality.
Having goals to work on are a great was to spend your time wisely and will also help you be mindful how you spend your time each day.
2. Do A Time Audit
Once you’ve reviewed your goals and made any adjustments needed, you then can do a time audit. You can do this by tracking how you spend your time throughout the day.
From the moment you wake up to how you end your day. I like to do this in my planner by writing down what I’m doing or what I did during a specific time frame.
This helps me be aware of what I’m doing with my time and prompts me to improve in the areas where I’ like to spend more time in.
3. Eliminate Time Wasters
Another way you can manage your time wisely is by eliminating the time you spend on distractions.
This could be scrolling on social media/on your phone, watching TV, or any other things that take up your time.
Often times, our distractions or lack of discipline can get in the way of us focusing on the things that are important to us.
Creating healthy boundaries and holding yourself accountable is a fantastic way to improve time management.

Getting an effective planning system can help you use your time more wisely and stay organized.
During my morning routine I like to plan my day with my goals in mind.
By doing so, I am able to accomplish more by doing less and give myself enough time to focus on my daily non-negotiables and other important tasks.

5. Try Different Productivity Tools & Methods
There are many different productivity tools than can help you improve the way you spend your time and stay on top of things.
A few different tools I use on a daily basis to stay organized and focused are productivity apps like Notion which serves as my catch all hub, Tide App for wellness, focus, and meditation, and I can’t forget to mention my iPad.
