VEGAN SNACKS I LOVE

So excited to be sharing my favorite vegan snacks that I enjoy with zero guilt.

While it has been a while since I’ve shared anything vegan-related, I’m still enjoying this journey.

I went vegan almost 6 years ago.

Shortly before that, I started implementing changes to my diet to help reduce stress and anxiety.

Going vegan definitely didn’t make everything go away. But it did help me become more mindful of my eating habits.

Over time allowed me to see the connection between food, the mind, and the body.

Since being vegan, I now enjoy a mix of comfort meals, nourishing bowls, and yes, snacks. It’s truly changed my life from the inside out.

While it took time to find foods I enjoy, today I’ll be sharing my favorite vegan snacks that I get on a weekly or monthly basis, along with some more snacks that I also recommend.

If you’ve been looking for new snacks to try, whether you’re vegan or not, here are vegan snacks worth trying!🍿🍪🥤🍫🧁

My Favorite Vegan Snacks

Vegan Snacks I’m Loving

Vegan Snack #1 – UNREAL Dark Chocolate Peanut Gems

These Unreal Gems are one of my favorite vegan candies.

If you’re looking for something sweet but not too sweet, then I recommend giving these a try.

They are definitely a snack that I am sure to grab when grocery shopping or when I want something sweet to snack on.

Vegan Snack #2 – Siete’s Fuego & Spicy Dill Pickle Potato Chips

As someone who didn’t like kettle-cooked chips, I grab this brand whenever I grocery shop.

Siete kettle chips are so good, and they come in a variety of flavors to try.

My favorites are the Fuego and Spicy Dill Pickle.

Vegan Snack #3 – Olipop Probiotic Soda

If you’re trying to stay away from pop/soda and want a better alternative, then Olipop will not disappoint.

These probiotic sodas are available in over 20 flavors, packed with 6-9g of plant fiber, 2-5g of sugar, and no more than 50 calories per can.

I usually get different flavors for the week and pair them with my lunch.

Vegan Snack #4 – UNREAL Dark Chocolate Coconut Bars

Before going vegan, I loved the Almond Joy coconut bars.

And throughout my vegan journey, I’ve learned that you can truly make/find anything vegan.

These Dark Chocolate Coconut Bars are sooooooo good!

Vegan Snack #5 – TRUBAR Protein Bars

Looking for a good protein bar that doesn’t have that powdery taste?

Trubar bars are a great way to add more protein to your diet.

Even before going vegan, I tried getting into protein bars.

These taste good and have been a staple on my weekly grocery list.

My favorite flavors are Get In My Belly PB & Jelly and Strawberry Shorty Got Cake.

Vegan Snack #6 – Siete Tortilla Chips

Another vegan snack that I recommend trying is Siete’s Maíz Mexican Street Corn Tortilla Chips.

They’re delicious and can be enjoyed as a snack, with dip, or for nachos as well.

Vegan Snack #7 – Back To Nature Cookies

If you enjoy cookies and are looking for dairy-free and vegan-friendly cookies that don’t compromise taste, then Back To Nature Cookies are another vegan-friendly snack I’d recommend.

I’ve tried (and enjoyed) the Classic Creme Sandwich Cookies and the Fudge Striped Cookies.

Vegan Snack #8 – Lesser Evil Popcorn

Are you a popcorn lover? If so, you’ll love Lesser Evil’s Himalayan Gold Organic Butter Flavor Popcorn.

It’s light, and they even have a few vegan-friendly options to choose from.

Whether you’re looking for a movie night snack or something to enjoy simply.

Vegan Snack #9 – Abe’s Vanilla Mini Cupcakes

When it comes to special occasions or just wanting a sweet treat, I prefer Abe’s cupcakes or even their mini muffins.

They’re great for mindful snacking, picnics, lunches, or gatherings.

My favorite is the vanilla cupcakes. They also have Chocolate Brownies!

Vegan Snack #10 – Pür Bubble Gum

My last and final recommendation for today’s post is Pür gum. I personally like the Bubble Gum flavor!

Final Thoughts On Vegan Snacks

All in all, the items mentioned in today’s post make being vegan enjoyable.

Having snacks that I actually like allows me to be wise rather than restricted.

It also supports my journey and makes it fun. Just like any other diet or lifestyle, too much of anything isn’t wise or sustainable.

Which is why I wanted to share this post on my favorite snacks, whether you’re looking for new snacks to try, looking to accommodate anyone in your life who follows a vegan diet, or just searching for treats everyone can enjoy.
