This year is flying by and I’m so glad to be back into routine.
During these past few months, I’ve experienced so much. However, I always knew the importance of spending time with God daily and growing in faith. And I must say, walking through life is a part of our faith journey. This means, that no matter what life looks or feels like, everything we experience is an opportunity to welcome Him into our lives.
But, it starts with deciding to do so. So, whether you’ve been stuck in a rut, experiencing loss, or want to start enjoying life. In today’s post, I share a few things that have helped me focus on the good and live more joyfully. Here are 5 ways to feel better now!

5 Ways To Feel Better Now
1. Shift Your Focus To Jesus
It’s sometimes difficult to not focus on your problems or circumstances.
However, when we become to fixated on what we’re going through, it doesn’t make the situation better.
On the other hand, it does rob your joy and happiness, which may cause you to live with worry and fear.
So, whatever is causing you stress or feel overwhelmed give that matter to God and allow him to lead you through prayer and scripture.
2. Get Organized
I don’t know about you but feeling good goes hand and hand with feeling put together.
Whether it’s decluttering and organizing your physical, digital, or mental space. It’s nearly impossible to feel good if your space is cluttered with things that don’t serve you.
Another way to get organized is using a planner to keep up with important dates and help you stay on track with your goals. You can also use a planner to budget and improve your finances.
3. Reinvent Yourself
Are you wanting to glow up and elevate your life? If so, working towards something for the greater good will always uplift you.
Getting clear on the person you’d like to be and showing up as will help you make the shifts necessary to both change and improve your life.
Also, becoming dedicated to improving yourself can help build discipline and confidence. A few small steps you can take to glow up and better yourself are:
- create a vision of your ideal self
- implement the daily habits into your life that allow you to show up as that person
- upgrade your wardrobe
- change the content you consume
- start a new hobby
4. Practice Self-Care
Another great way to feel good daily is by nourishing your mind, body, and soul.
Self-care is essential for your well-being and can help you reduce stress. There are tons of self-care activities to help you ease your mind, recharge, and help you be more gentle with yourself.
My daily self-care practices includes building my faith, journaling, exercising, staying hydrated, and being mindful of what I consume on a daily basis.
5. Practice Gratitude
Gratitude is another effective way to improve the way you feel. Shifting your thoughts towards something positive can always help you feel better about yourself, your life, and give you hope for the future.
When you start showing more appreciation towards the things that make your life full, you begin to see the true beauty of life.
Gratitude is an awesome way to change your perspective of life and be present. Rather than focusing on energy draining things such as negativity or things outside of your control, choose to focus on the good and start living a happier life!
